私が授業で使う不完全な例えは、ピザ屋はただ印刷するだけで無料ピザのクーポンを作成できるというものです。ピザ屋はまずピザを作ってからクーポンを作成するわけではありません。クーポンを発行したら、できるだけ安い方法で材料を調達する必要があります。銀行口座は無料の現金クーポンです。
